MEAN STREET Products, Inc is not responsible for damages during shipping. If a shipment arrives with the carton or package damaged, please have the carrier note the condition on the receipt of the package. If it is discovered that the shipment has been damaged in transit, do not return to us. All claims have to be made directly to the shipper. Failure to comply with these instructions will disqualify any replacement. We are not responsible for shipping charges. No part can be returned without our approval and without obtaining a return number. Client must insure a pre-pay approved return. All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All accepted returns are for credit only. Shipping cost from clients and 20% restocking fee are always deducted from credit. No cash refunds. Credit or replacement of merchandise will be a MEAN STREET Products, Inc option.
Warranty & Liability Conditions.
MEAN STREET Products, Inc is a manufacturer of Quality American made custom Forks. All merchandise is guaranteed for one year against defects in material and workmanship.
All MEAN STREET Products chrome plated items are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase. MEAN STREET Products, Inc will not be held responsible for any labor charges under any circumstances. When installing chrome plated billet item use extreme care. The finish is very fragile.
Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims. MEANS STREET Products, Inc makes no representation or warranties as to any of its products, expressed or implied. Motorcycles can be dangerous. MEAN STREET Products, Inc has no control over how any part is used. MEAN STREET Products, Inc expects all user of its product to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any parts. All MEANS TREET Products, Inc parts must be installed by a certified motorcycle mechanic. MEANS STREET Product, Inc assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. MEAN STREET Product will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. Means Street Products, Inc parts and accessories are not D.O.T. approved. All of our parts are for custom application.
Due to the tremendous variations in frame geometry and assembly situations that are out of our control, MEAN STREET Products, Inc will not be held responsible for any and all handling issues on any motorcycle.
It is the responsibility of the end user be it an individual, dealership or independent shop to ensure proper Fork selection and appropriate chassis configuration, as well as proper length, triple clamp rake and final trial dimensions and measurements to ensure a safe riding condition. If you are not sure of specifications required for your situation consult your chassis supplier or a chassis professional.
MEAN STREET Products, Inc at times is asked for guidance in Fork selection. It is in no way to be considered final specifications. It is offered as advice only to help in the customers' initial product selection. The Final specifications and selection are wholly the responsibility of the purchaser.
